1. Resident Engineer (Civil)
MaRS Group is looking for an experienced Resident Engineer (Civil) to work on the railway project in Ranchi.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates should have a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Alternatively, candidates may qualify with:
- At least 5 years of experience in JA or equivalent grade and above in the Engineering Department of Railways.
- Experience as JGM or above in the Civil Engineering Department of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or equivalent organizations.
- Equivalent-grade experience in organizations such as Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or JVs/SPVs associated with the Ministry of Railways.
- Experience in a Metro Rail Corporation may also be considered, subject to the recruitment requirements.
Candidates with strong experience in railway infrastructure, construction supervision, project execution, quality control, and coordination are likely to be relevant for this position.
2. Site Engineer (Electrical)
The company is also looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) for the Ranchi railway project.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates should have either:
- Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience, or
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience.
Experience should be in the execution of public building or railway infrastructure projects.
Candidates may also qualify through railway or equivalent organizational experience, including:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as SSE or equivalent grade and above in the Electrical Engineering Department of Railways.
- Experience as AM or above in the Electrical Engineering Department of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or equivalent organizations.
- Equivalent experience in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, railway-related JVs/SPVs, or Metro Rail Corporations.

The selected professionals will be associated with a Railway Project in Ranchi and will be responsible for site-level engineering and project execution activities according to their respective disciplines.
